Angela at Whangaparaoa went above and beyond with our installation of drapes and venetian blinds, the blinds flowed perfectly and look great, but the drapes had a few issues beyond Angela's control - getting lost by Couriers being the main issue and she was so supportive and was arranging a new set to be made when at the last minute the courier found them. I cannot speak highly enough of Angela's communication, honesty and professionalism in dealing with us. The drapes look great too. I will be getting the rest of our house blinds and drapes from her when the alterations are complete.

Very happy with overall outcome. A mistake was made but was totally corrected. But they still deserve a 5 out of 5 as products are great and the efficient way they went about fixing the learning error. I love my curtains and blinds that's for all the great advice Angela.
